The Rutland Raiders worked to improve to 2-0 as they faced the CVU Redhawks. They jumped out to an early 7-0 lead, and from there the score amounted to 42 points for the Raiders, including five touchdowns by Raider's running back, Dakota Peters. As the final was Rutland 42 and CVU 12, I got to enjoy the night because I also got to see my cousin start on defense for the Raiders. They had a lot of great plays and it was an overall great night helping their team to a victory.
