Welcome back to Jack's High School Sports Update! the Missisquoi Thunderbirds combined with the Stowe Raiders, had aspirations to win their first ever hockey championships, they have never been at this feat before. I was lucky to attend that game as my sister is the Goalie for Stowe. Abby Rice opened the scoring on a wrap around to give the Stowe Raiders a 1-0 lead, and Allison Walker followed up with 3 goals to help the Raiders accomplish winning their first ever championship with a 5-0 victory. The Raiders ended the season with a 19-2-2 record, while the Thunderbirds ended with a 15-5-0 record. Congratulations to all of you on a great postseason run.
